About Us
RAAF Virtual is a VATSIM Special Operations Group. We specialise in simulating military flying activities and undergo a comprehensive training regime to be able to operate as some of the most qualified pilots on the VATSIM network. We fly everything from Pilatus PC-21 aircraft through to F/A-18F and F-35 fast jets all the way up to KC30 Multirole Tanker Transports (MRTT) and C-17 Heavy Transport aircraft.
This year for the first time RAAF Virtual pilots will be participating in WorldFlight 2026 from the 1st November to the 7th November. During this event myself and other RAAF Virtual pilots will be flying around the world in the IndiaFoxtEcho F35 Lightning II, using a custom built F35 home simulator running Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 - raising money for Dolly's Dream.
