Go Blue to End Bullying
On Do It For Dolly Day, people across Australia are coming together to Go Blue to End Bullying and support young people doing it tough.
This one means a lot to me personally. Growing up, I’ve experienced bullying firsthand and know how much it can impact your confidence and the way you see yourself. In more remote, smaller, tight-knit communities it can also feel more isolating, and it’s not always easy to step away or find support. With technology bringing everything closer and more connected, that impact doesn’t just stay at schools, work or in person, it can follow you everywhere, which is why no one should have to go through it, whether it’s in person or online.
That’s why I’m supporting Dolly’s Dream. They do incredible work providing support for young people and families, as well as education and resources to help prevent bullying and promote kindness.
As part of this, we’ll be walking a combined 50km, with an extra kilometre added for every $5 raised above our target.
If you’re able to donate, it would mean a lot, but even just taking a moment to check in on someone, or be kind, can make a real difference too.
